General Guidelines

  1. Presentation style is Poster only.
  2. Abstract submissions will only be accepted on the website.
  3. Abstracts should be written in English.
  4. Up to a maximum of 10 persons can be registered as authors.
  5. Abstracts should contain a maximum of 300 words.
  6. Abstracts should not include any diagrams, charts or reference citations.

  2. Please note that all the information should be registered before the deadline for abstracts submission, since NO change related to abstracts can be made after the deadline.

Notification of Acceptance / Rejection

  1. The Organizer will make the final decision of acceptance/rejection. Notification of acceptance/rejection and detailed information for your poster presentation will be sent to you by e-mail in the beginning of September.
